Yoga and You
A few benefits resulting from yoga practice are increased
awareness, strength, flexibility, and stress reduction. The wonderful
essence of yoga is felt immediately, and long term cumulative
benefits elevate physical, mental and emotional well being.
We emphasize breath awareness in conjunction and taking the
asanas to a comfortable challenge. Explore your body, spirit
and universe within. Let yoga help you find your way.
Practice yoga at least two hours after eating, be clean (no
perfumes), with bare feet, and wear comfortable form-fitted clothing
such as leotards and footless tights or shorts.
Please let your instructor know if you are pregnant or if
you have health problems, injuries or headache.
On your first visit, please arrive ten minutes early to register. (Please do not come more than 20 minutes early)
